Las Vegas cocktail culture is stepping back into the spotlight as Rosina Cocktail Lounge at The Venetian Resort launches Season 2 of its highly anticipated Mixology Competition series. After a successful first season filled with unforgettable cocktail creations and intense behind the bar battles, Rosina is raising the stakes once again with a new lineup of top bartenders competing for cash prizes, bragging rights, and a shot at becoming the season champion.
The opening event of Season 2 takes place on Thursday, June 4 at 9 PM in celebration of National Cognac Day. Nine of Las Vegas’ top bartenders will go head to head over four fast paced rounds, all battling for a $3,000 cash prize and the coveted title of Top Mixologist.
Season 2 will feature nine separate mixology battles throughout the year, each showcasing a new group of talented bartenders from across the Las Vegas hospitality scene. Every event crowns one winning bartender who advances to the ultimate finale.
After the nine battles are complete, all nine winners will return for the 10th and final event of the season: the Grand Battle. This championship showdown brings together the best bartenders from the entire season to compete one last time for the ultimate title and season bragging rights.
The format keeps every competition fresh, competitive, and unpredictable, while building excitement toward the massive finale later in the season.
The Rosina Mixology Competition is not your average bartending showcase. Throughout the night, competitors face off across four challenging rounds designed to test creativity, technical skill, and performance under pressure.
Each round introduces secret ingredients that bartenders must incorporate into an original cocktail creation. Contestants only have 10 minutes to craft and present their drinks before judges score them on flavor, presentation, creativity, and execution.
